Editing is where a session becomes a story.
The strongest gallery is not always the one with the most perfect individual frames. It is the one that carries a feeling from beginning to end: a little air, a little rhythm, a few details that make the larger photographs feel anchored.
I try to choose images the way memory chooses them: not only for beauty, but for recognition.
Editing is where a Calgary wedding gallery or Alberta family session becomes more than a collection of good single frames. The sequence should feel emotional, cinematic, and true to the way the day was actually lived.
