Night Walkers
A documentary night note on a mom and child moving through fluorescent light.

Night changes the tenderness of a small gesture.
A mom moves a child through the frame under fluorescent light, and the scene becomes less about the place than the motion. It is practical, quick, and full of care.
I like photographs where parenting appears as action rather than pose. A hand guiding, a body turning, a child being moved through the evening.
Documentary family photography depends on noticing these moments. The feeling is often in the thing done without ceremony.
