Haunted Room

An interior reflection on a haunted room, weathered walls, and the feeling left inside abandoned spaces.

Some rooms feel occupied by what has already happened.

The walls, floor, and light all carry age. Nothing in the frame needs to move for the room to feel unsettled.

I like the word haunted here less as a ghost story and more as a description of atmosphere. The room seems to remember use, neglect, and weather all at once.

Photographing abandoned interiors is about respecting that residue. The frame should hold the feeling without overexplaining it.
