Webs we Weave
A close reflection on grass, delicate webs, and the small structures we almost miss.

Small structures ask for slower eyes.
The web is delicate, but the light makes it visible for a moment. A few inches either way and the photograph would disappear into the grass.
I like the phrase “webs we weave” because it gives the frame a little more than description. It points to patience, pattern, and the quiet work happening close to the ground.
Close observational photography helps sharpen the same instincts I use everywhere else: look carefully, because the important thing may be small and temporary.
