Coloured Bicycles
A small street note on coloured bicycles, repetition, and the charm of found order.

Colour makes the bicycles feel related before the shapes do.
They line up loosely, bright against the shade, with just enough disorder to keep the frame from feeling staged. Repetition is satisfying when it still feels found.
I notice scenes like this because they are small lessons in composition. A few repeated forms can organize an otherwise ordinary street edge.
Travel photography does not always need a wide view. Sometimes the place is in the colour someone parked at the curb.
