Northern Light at the Window
A note on a lit cabin, dark trees, and colour arriving after the day is gone.

Some nights feel too unlikely to describe plainly.
A cabin window glows, the trees go black, and colour starts moving above the roofline. The photograph becomes a record of contrast: human warmth below, weather and atmosphere above.
It is a small shelter under a very large sky.
This is the kind of Alberta atmosphere that shapes how I think about cinematic photography: human warmth held against a much larger landscape. Even commissioned sessions can carry that feeling when the setting is allowed to speak.
